| 目的：观察化痰调经方治疗痰湿热结型多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS） 的临床疗效。方法：将82 例PCOS 患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组41 例；对照组采用促排卵药氯米芬治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用化痰调经方治疗；共治疗3 个月经周期，观察比较2 组治疗前后雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡生成激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH） 以及睾酮（T） 等水平变化；观察2 组治疗前后卵巢体积以及基础窦卵泡数（AFC） 变化；比较2 组治疗后月经周期恢复率、排卵率情况及总体临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为95.1%，对照组为65.9%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者性激素E2、FSH、LH、T 水平均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05），且治疗组各项指标改善均较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者卵巢体积、AFC 均较治疗前明显减少（P＜0.05），且治疗组两项指标均小于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，月经周期恢复率、排卵率治疗组分别为92.7%、75.6%，对照组分别为68.3%、48.8%，2 组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：化痰调经方联合氯米芬治疗PCOS 疗效显著，可显著改善患者性激素水平及月经周期，促进排卵，并能显著减少卵巢体积与AFC。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Huatan Tiaojing prescription for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)
of heat bind due to phlegm-dampness type. Methods：A total of 82 cases of PCOS patients were randomly divided into the
control group and the treatment group， 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomifene citrate to
promote ovulation，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Huatan Tiaojing prescription based on the treatment
of the control group. Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles. Before and after treatment，the levels of estradiol
(E2)，follicle-stimulating hormones(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T) in the two groups were observed and
compared. The changes in ovarian volume and the number of basic antral follicles(AFC) before and after treatment were
observed in the two groups. The recovery rate of menstrual cycle，ovulation rate and total clinical effect after treatment were
compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 95.1% in the treatment group，and 65.9% in the
control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of sex hormones including E2，FSH，LH
and T in the two groups were significantly improved when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the
improvement of above indexes in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). After
treatment，the ovarian volume and the number of AFC in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with
those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above two indexes in the treatment group were less than those in the control group
(P＜0.05). After treatment，the recovery rate of menstrual cycle and ovulation rate was 92.7% and 75.6% in the treatment
group， and 68.3% and 48.8% in the control group， differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of
Huatan Tiaojing prescription combined with clomifene citrate has significant curative effect in treating PCOS. It can
significantly improve the levels of sex hormones and menstrual cycle of patients， promote ovulation and decrease the
ovarian volume and AFC. |
