| 目的：观察骨康胶囊联合依托考昔片治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及对患者炎症因子、血液流变学的影响。方法：选取100 例膝骨关节炎患者，按照不同治疗方案分为对照组48 例与观察组52 例。对照组给予依托考昔片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合骨康胶囊治疗，2 组均连续治疗4 周。比较2 组治疗前后炎症因子、血液流变学指标水平，对比2 组临床疗效，记录不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，2 组白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）、基质金属蛋白酶-13（MMP-13） 水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），观察组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、PGE2、MMP-13水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），红细胞变形指数水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05）；观察组全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05），红细胞变形指数水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率为94.23%，高于对照组的66.67% （P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为9.62%，对照组不良反应发生率为6.25%，2 组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：骨康胶囊能改善膝骨关节炎患者的炎症反应，促进血液循环，提高治疗效果，用药安全性好。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Gukang capsules combined with etoricoxib tablets for knee
osteoarthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors and hemorheology. Methods：A total of 100 cases of patients with knee
osteoarthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different therapeutic schemes，48
and 52 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with etoricoxib tablets，and the observation group
was additionally treated with Gukang capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for four
weeks. The levels of inflammatory factors and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment and the clinical effect in
the two groups were compared； the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. Results： After treatment， the
levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)，interleukin-6(IL-6)，tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)，prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and matrix
metalloproteinase- 13(MMP- 13) in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，
and the above levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels
of whole blood viscosity at low shear and high shear，plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in the two groups
were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of erythrocyte deformation index were
increased(P＜0.05)； the levels of whole blood viscosity at low shear and high shear， plasma viscosity and erythrocyte
aggregation index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the level of erythrocyte
deformation index was higher(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 94.23% in the observation group， higher than that of
66.67% in the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.62% in the observation group and 6.25% in
the control group，there being no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion：Gukang capsules for patients with knee
osteoarthritis can improve inflammatory responses，blood circulation and curative effect，with good medication safety. |
