| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察耳穴贴压联合中药贴敷治疗血液病患者激素相关性失眠的临床疗效。方法：选取在本院使用激素治疗后失眠的100 例血液病患者作为观察对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为2 组各50 例。对照组给予常规西药治疗及睡前常规护理，观察组在对照组诊疗方案的基础上使用耳穴贴压联合中药贴敷治疗。记录2 组临床疗效，比较治疗前、治疗4 周后2 组睡眠质量［匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）］ 及患者情绪［汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）］ 的变化情况。结果：观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗4 周后，2 组睡眠质量均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；2 组HAMA、HAMD 评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：耳穴贴压及中药敷贴治疗能有效改善血液病患者激素相关性失眠，提高患者睡眠质量，改善不良情绪。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of auricular point sticking therapy combined with point application with
Chinese herbal medicine for hormone- related insomnia in patients with hematopathy. Methods： A total of 100 cases of
patients with hematopathy who suffered from insomnia after hormone therapy in our hospital were selected as the
observation objects，and divided into two groups according to the random number table method，50 cases in each group.
The control group was given routine western medicine treatment and routine nursing before sleeping，and the observation
group was additionally treated with auricular point sticking therapy combined with point application with Chinese herbal
medicine based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect in the two groups was recorded；the changes in the
sleep quality such as Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and the emotions including Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and
Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) in the two groups before treatment and after treatment for four weeks were compared.
Results：The total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05)；after treatment for
four weeks，the sleep quality in the two groups was lower than that before treatment，and the one in the observation group
was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)；the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were lower than those
before treatment，and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：
The treatment of auricular point sticking therapy combined with point application with Chinese herbal medicine can effectively
improve hormone-related insomnia，sleep quality and bad emotions in patients with hematopathy. |
