| 目的：观察补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗习惯性流产的临床效果。方法：选取116 例习惯性流产患者为研究对象，随机分观察组与对照组各58例，对照组给予口服地屈孕酮片治疗，观察组给予补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗。比较2组免疫功能指标、性激素水平、总有效率及足月分娩率。结果：治疗后，2组白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、孕激素、雌激素水平均升高（P＜0.05），2 组干扰素-γ （IFN-γ）、IFN-γ/IL-4 均下降（P＜0.05）。观察组IL-4、孕激素、雌激素水平均高于对照组（P＜0.05），IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4 均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率、足月分娩率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮片治疗习惯性流产效果显著，能改善患者的免疫功能及性激素水平，提高足月分娩率。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets for
habitual abortion. Methods：A total of 116 cases of patients with habitual abortion were selected as the study subjects and
randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，58 cases in each group. The control group was orally given
dydrogesterone tablets，and the observation group was additionally treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills based on the treatment of
the control group. The indexes of immune function，levels of sex hormones，total effective rates and term delivery rates in
the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment，the levels of IL-4，progesterone and estrogen in the two groups
were increased(P＜0.05)，and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05)；the
indexes of IFN-γ and IFN-γ/IL-4 in the two groups were decreased(P＜0.05)，and the indexes in the observation group were
lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate and term delivery rate in the observation group were
higher than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Buzhong Yiqi
pills combined with dydrogesterone tablets has significant curative effect in treating habitual abortion， which can improve
immune function，levels of sex hormones and term delivery rates. |
