Abstract：The properties and actions of Chinese medicinals of PD- 1/PD- L1 inhibitor are studied by Chinese medicine theory.It is speculated that the medicineis warm in four qi andsweet and pungent in five flavors，enters the lung，spleen and kidney meridians and has the nature of ascending and floating.Applying PD- 1/PD- L1 inhibitor in clinical syndrome differentiation has certain realistic guiding significance for further expanding the application prospect of tumor treatment.
