| 目的：探讨中医情志护理干预肝硬化消化道出血患者对其负性情绪以及生活质量的影响。方法：将80例肝硬化消化道出血患者按随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组实行基础护理，观察组实行中医情志护理，比对2组负性情绪以及生活质量改变情况。结果：经护理后，2组各项评分均较前改善，观察组活力、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能以及总体健康的分值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经护理后，2组负性情绪评分较前改善，观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对肝硬化消化道出血患者应用中医情志护理干预可帮助改善患者负性情绪，提高生活质量。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing on quality of life and negative emotion of patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods： A total of 80 patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into two groups，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic nursing， while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine emotional nursing. Negative emotions and changes of quality of life in the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing， all scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment； the scores of vitality， physical pain， physiological function， physiological function， social function， mental health， emotional function and general health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After nursing， the scores of negative emotions in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment，and above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Chinese medicine emotional nursing can help to improve the negative emotion of patients with cirrhosis complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage，and improve their quality of life. |
