| 小柴胡汤为临床经典方剂，有和解少阳的功效。临床上主要应用于内科病证，优势显著，疗效确切。笔者通过搜集阅读近几年有关小柴胡汤的研究文献，概述小柴胡汤在消化系统、内分泌系统中的应用及对系统性红斑狼疮、慢性肾小球肾炎、肿瘤等各类疾病的疗效，以期为小柴胡汤的临床应用提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Xiaochaihu tang is a clinical classic prescription with an effect of harmonizing shaoyang， which is mainly applied to internal diseases and syndromes clinically， with significant advantages and curative effect. By collecting and reading the research literature of Xiaochaihu tang in recent years，the authors summarized the application of Xiaochaihu tang in the digestive system and endocrine system，as well as the curative effect of it on systemic lupus erythematosus，chronic glomerulonephritis，tumor and other diseases，so as to provide references for the clinical application of it. |
