Abstract： Xiaochaihu tang is a clinical classic prescription with an effect of harmonizing shaoyang， which is mainly applied to internal diseases and syndromes clinically， with significant advantages and curative effect. By collecting and reading the research literature of Xiaochaihu tang in recent years，the authors summarized the application of Xiaochaihu tang in the digestive system and endocrine system，as well as the curative effect of it on systemic lupus erythematosus，chronic glomerulonephritis，tumor and other diseases，so as to provide references for the clinical application of it.
