| 摘要: |
| 目前复发性流产的综合治疗局限在形体层面（免疫紊乱、血栓前状态等），疏于对机体“神”（心神、七情、五志等） 层面的调控，而“神”失调是复发性流产发病中的重要影响因素。中医学认为，有形之体与无形之神的和谐统一，是养生防病及疗疾的核心思想，精神不治，则病不可愈。通过中医药及情志治疗等调神御神，防治并举，可达扶正固胎之目的。笔者通过挖掘调“神”在复发性流产治疗中的重要价值，为提高复发性流产的临床疗效提供新思路。 |

| Abstract：Objective：At present，the combined treatment for recurrent spontaneous abortion is limited at the physical level such as immunologic disorder and pre-thrombosis state，and is lack of the regulation of spirit such as the heart spirit， seven emotions and five minds. However，the disorder of spirit is an important factor in the occurrence of recurrent abortion. According to Chinese medicine， the harmony and unification of visible body and formless spirit is the core idea of life nurturing，disease prevention and treatment. One cannot recover from diseases without the treatment for spirit. Regulating and governing the spirit through Chinese medicine and emotional treatment are both prevention and treatment for recurrent spontaneous abortion，which can reinforce the healthy qi to prevent abortion. The authors preliminarily explored the value of regulating spirit in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion，so as to provide new ideas for the improvement of clinical effect. |
