| 目的：观察自拟益脑安神方联合西药治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法：将68 例癫痫患者随机分为2 组，各34 例。对照组在常规处理急性发作的基础上给予左乙拉西坦片治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用益脑安神方治疗，连续治疗4 周。观察比较2 组中医证候疗效、脑电图恢复效果。结果：中医证候疗效总有效率观察组为94.12%，对照组为79.41%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较，观察组治疗后脑电图α 频段相对功率值明显升高（P＜0.05），β 频段、δ 频段、θ 频段相对功率值明显降低（P＜0.05）。对照组治疗前后脑电图各频段相对功率值变化不大（P＞0.05）。结论：益脑安神方联合左乙拉西坦片治疗癫痫可促进脑电活动恢复，临床疗效显著。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of self- made Yi'nao Anshen prescription combined with western
medicine for epilepsy. Methods： A total of 68 cases of patients with epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups， 34
cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment of acute attack， the control group was treated with levetiracetam
tablets， and the observation group was additionally treated with Yi'nao Anshen prescription based on the treatment of the
control group. Both groups were treated for four weeks. The curative effect of Chinese medicine syndromes and recovery
effect of electroencephalogram in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate of Chinese
medicine syndromes was 94.12% in the observation group and 79.41% in the control group，the difference being significant
(P＜0.05). Compared with that before treatment and that in the control group after treatment respectively，the relative power
of α band in electroencephalogram in the observation group after treatment was significantly increased(P＜0.05)， and the
relative power values of β， δ and θ bands were significantly decreased(P＜0.05). In the control group， there was no
significant change in relative power values of each band in electroencephalogram before and after treatment(P＞0.05).
Conclusion： The therapy of Yi'nao Anshen prescription combined with levetiracetam tablets for epilepsy can promote the
recovery of brain electrical activity，with significant clinical effect. |
