Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu tang combined with tirofiban hydrochloride for acute cerebral infarction. Methods： A total of 90 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lipid regulation， control of blood glucose and blood pressure as well as alteplase thrombolysis by injection，and the observation group was additionally treated with Buyang Huanwu tang combined with tirofiban hydrochloride based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one day. Before and after treatment，the levels of tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF- α)， high- sensitivity C- reactive protein(hs- CRP)， interleukin- 6(IL- 6) and clusterin(CLU) as well as the scores of Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)， Barthel Index(BI)， National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30) in the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment，the levels of TNF-α， hs-CRP，IL-6 and CLU in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of GCS and BI in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and NIHSS scores were decreased (P＜0.05)； the scores of GCS and BI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05)， and NIHSS score was lower(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of physical function， role function， emotional function， cognitive function and social function in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜ 0.05) ， and the above QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu tang combined with tirofiban hydrochloride for acute cerebral infarction can effectively inhibit inflammatory responses，relieve injury of neurological function and improve quality of life.
