| 目的：观察益气活血、清化利水法治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法：将72例原发性肝癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组36例；对照组采用对症治疗方案，观察组采用对症治疗方案联合益气活血、清化利水中药治疗；观察比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分变化及血清甲胎蛋白（AFP） 含量变化。结果：总有效率观察组为75.00%，对照组为41.67%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组患者腹胀、腹水、纳差、乏力、胁痛等积分均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组腹胀、腹水积分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），但2 组患者纳差、乏力、胁痛积分的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者AFP含量均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组AFP含量明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：益气活血、清化利水法辅助治疗原发性肝癌，可有效提高疗效，改善患者临床症状，抑制AFP水平，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui method for primary liver cancer.Methods：A total of 72 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，36 patients in each group. The control group was intervened with symptomatic treatment；the observation group was intervened with symptomatic treatment combined with Chinese herbs to invigorate qi，activate blood，and clear and remove as well as promote urination. The clinical effect and the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome score and the content of alpha-fetoprotein in serum in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 75.00% in
the observation group and 41.67% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of abdominal distension， ascites， poor appetite， weakness， and flank pain in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)； the scores of abdominal distention and ascites in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，but there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of poor appetite，weakness，and flank pain between the two groups(P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of alpha-fetoprotein in both groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the level of alpha- fetoprotein in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜
0.05). Conclusion： The Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui method for primary liver cancer， can effectively enhance the curative effect， improve the clinical symptoms of patients and inhibit the levels of alpha- fetoprotein， which is worthy of clinical application. |
