| 目的：观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性咽喉炎治疗的临床疗效。方法：将急性咽喉炎患者212例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组106例；对照组给予头孢克肟治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊治疗，观察比较2组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及治疗前后炎症因子C-反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6） 水平变化。结果：总有效率观察组为91.51%，对照组为78.30%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者咽喉黏膜充血、咽喉痛和咽喉异物感消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组患者血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组上述各炎症因子水平均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：疏风解毒胶囊联合头孢克肟治疗急性咽喉炎临床疗效显著，可显著改善患者炎症因子水平，疗效优于单纯西药治疗。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu capsules for acute laryngopharyngitis. Methods：A total of 212 cases of patients with acute laryngopharyngitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，106 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cefoxime，and the observation group was additionally treated with Shufeng Jiedu capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect，the disappearance time of clinical symptoms as well as the changes in the levels of inflammatory factors including C- reactive protein(CRP)，tumor necrosis factor α(TNF- α)， and interleukin- 6(IL- 6) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate was 91.51% in the observation group and 78.30% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the disappearance time of laryngopharyngeal mucosal hyperemia， sore throat and foreign body sensation in laryngopharynx in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CRP，TNF-α and IL-6 in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；and the levels of the above inflammatory factors in the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion： The therapy of Shufeng Jiedu capsules combined with cefxime has significant clinical effect in treating acute laryngopharyngitis， and can significantly improve the levels of inflammatory factors in patients， whose curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine. |
