| 目的：观察按摩联合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症经皮椎间孔镜手术（PELD） 术后遗留疼痛的效果。方法：将98 例PELD术后遗留疼痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例。对照组服用尼美舒利缓释胶囊，并使用特定电磁波治疗器（TDP） 照射腰部，观察组给予按摩和艾灸治疗，2 组均连续治疗14 d。治疗前后评定症状、体征评分和日本骨科协会（JOA） 下腰痛评分。比较2 组的临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。2 组JOA 下腰痛评价表主观症状、客观体征、日常活动受限度3个维度评分和总分均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），观察组3个维度评分和总分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。2组腰背部疼痛、下肢疼痛等症状、体征评分和总积分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.01），观察组各项症状、体征评分和总积分均低于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：将按摩联合艾灸用于LDH 术后遗留疼痛，可显著减轻疼痛等症状、体征，改善患者的腰部功能，有着较好的临床疗效。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of massage combined with moxibustion for postoperative pain of lumbar disc
herniation after percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD). Methods： A total of 98 cases of patients with
postoperative pain of PELD were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，49 cases in each group.
The control group was given nimesulide sustained release capsules and irradiation on lumbus by special electromagnetic wave
emitter(TDP)，and the observation group was treated with massage and moxibustion. Both groups were treated for 14 days.
Before and after treatment，the scores of symptoms，signs and low back pain of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)
were evaluated. The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results： After treatment， the clinical effect in the
observation group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The scores of subjective symptoms，objective signs and
limitation of daily activity as well as their total scores in the JOA scale in the two groups were increased when compared with
those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
(P＜0.05). The scores of symptoms and signs such as pain in low back and lower extremity，and the total scores in the two
groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01)， and the above scores in the observation
group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion： The application of massage and moxibustion in
treating postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation can significantly relieve pain，other symptoms and signs，and improve
the lumbar function，with good clinical effect. |
