| 目的：探讨中医护理技术对乳腺癌乳腺切除术后并发症发生率、不良情绪及应激反应指标的影响。方法：将90例乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例，对照组给予西医常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予中医护理，观察2组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况，比较护理前后2组患者的不良情绪、生活质量及应激反应指标，并比较2组的依从性情况和护理满意度。结果：观察组总有效率为86.67%，显著高于对照组的68.89%（P＜0.05）。2组并发症主要为皮下积液、淋巴水肿、切口开裂和皮瓣坏死，观察组并发症发生率8.89%低于对照组26.67%（P＜0.05）。观察组焦虑和抑郁评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组的社会功能、精神健康、精力和情感职能等精神方面，躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能和一般健康等躯体方面评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇和肾上腺素等应激反应指标低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组依从度95.56%显著高于对照组77.78%（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度97.78%显著高于对照组82.22%（P＜0.05）。结论：中医护理技术对乳腺癌乳腺切除术后患者具有较好的效果，可显著降低并发症，改善不良情绪，提高生活质量，降低应激反应，具有较好的依从度和护理满意度。 |

| Nursing Study of Chinese Medicine Nursing Techniques for Patients with BreastCancer after Mastectomy |

| Abstract：Objective：To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine nursing techniques on complication rate，bad mood and
stress indexes in patients with breast cancer after mastectomy. Methods：A total of 90 cases of patients with breast cancer
were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， 45 cases in each group. The control group was
treated with routine nursing of western medicine，and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine
nursing based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect and complication rates in the two groups were
observed. Before and after nursing，the bad mood，quality of life and stress indexes in the two groups were compared. The
compliance and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 86.67% in the
observation group，significantly higher than that of 68.89% in the control group(P＜0.05). The complications in the two groups
were mainly subcutaneous hydrops，lymphedema，wound disruption and skin flap necrosis，and the complication rate was
8.89% in the observation group， lower than that of 26.67% in the control group(P＜0.05). The scores of anxiety and
depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The mental scores including social
function，mental health，energy and emotional function，as well as the physical scores including physical pain，physiological
function，physiological function and general health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜
0.05). The stress indexes including norepinephrine，cortisol and epinephrine in the observation group were lower than those
in the control group(P＜0.05). The compliance rate was 95.56% in the observation group， significantly higher than that of
77.78% in the control group(P＜0.05)； the nursing satisfaction was 97.78% in the observation group， significantly higher
than that of 82.22% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Chinese medicine nursing techniques in treating patients with
breast cancer after mastectomy has good effect， which can significantly reduce complications and stress responses and improve bad mood and quality of life，with better compliance and nursing satisfaction. |
