| 目的：观察中西医结合优质护理对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者的影响。方法：选取行腹腔镜阑尾切除术的急性阑尾炎患者68例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各34例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上配合中西医结合优质护理。比较2组患者首次下床时间、排气时间、住院时间、视觉模拟（VAS） 评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果：观察组首次下床时间、排气时间、住院时间均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前，2组VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理后，2组VAS评分较护理前降低，且观察组VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为5.9%，低于对照组23.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组护理满意度为100%，对照组为91.18%，2组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：中西医结合优质护理能有效降低首次下床时间、排气时间、住院时间、疼痛评分及并发症发生率，并且能提高护理满意度，加快患者术后恢复，提高患者生活质量。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of high- quality nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine on
patients after laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods： A total of 68 cases of patients with acute appendicitis underwent
laparoscopic appendectomy were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the
random number table method，34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation
group was additionally treated with high-quality nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine based on the treatment
of the control group. The first off-bed time，exhaust time，hospitalization time，the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)，
complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared. Results：The first off-bed time，exhaust time
and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group，differences being significant
(P＜0.05). Before nursing，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores between the two
groups(P＞0.05). After nursing，VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before nursing，
and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The
complication rate was 5.9% in the observation group，lower than that of 23.5% in the control group，the difference being
significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 100% in the observation group and 91.18% in the control group， there
being no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion： The application of high- quality nursing of integrated Chinese
and western medicine can effectively shorten the first off- bed time， exhaust time and hospitalization time， reduce VAS
score and complication rate， improve the nursing satisfaction， accelerate postoperative recovery of patients and enhance
their quality of life. |
