| 目的：观察小儿热速清口服液联合头孢替安治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法：选取80例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予头孢替安治疗，观察组在此基础上增加小儿热速清口服液治疗，均连续治疗1 周。治疗结束后评价并比较2 组临床疗效，观察2 组治疗前后白细胞计数（WBC）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3+、CD4+、CD8+） 指标的变化。结果：观察组总有效率为95.00%，对照组总有效率为77.50%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组WBC、CRP水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；观察组上述2项指标水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组CD3+、CD4+水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），CD8+水平均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；观察组CD3+、CD4+水平均高于对照组，CD8+水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：小儿热速清口服液联合头孢替安治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎临床疗效显著，能够减轻患儿的炎症反应，提高其免疫力。 |

| Clinical Study on Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid Combined with Cefotiam for AcuteSuppurative Tonsillitis in Children |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiao'er Resuqing oral liquid combined with cefotiam for acute
suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods：A total of 80 cases of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were divided into
the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method， 40 cases in each group. The
control group was treated with cefotiam， and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiao'er Resuqing oral liquid
based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one week. After treatment， the clinical effect in
the two groups was evaluated and compared. Before and after treatment， the changes of white blood cell count(WBC)， Creactive
protein(CRP) and T lymphocyte subsets including CD3+，CD4+ and CD8+ in the two groups were observed. Results：
The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 77.50% in the control group， the difference being significant
(P＜0.05). After treatment， the levels of WBC and CRP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before
treatment(P＜0.05)， and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).
After treatment， the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment
(P＜0.05)，and the level of CD8+ was decreased with those before treatment(P＜0.05)；the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ in the
observation group were higher than those in the control group， and the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group
(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Xiao'er Resuqing oral liquid combined with cefotiam for acute suppurative tonsillitis has
significant clinical effect， which can relieve children's inflammatory responses and improve their immunity. |
