| 目的：观察火凤清肠方治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D） 湿热蕴肠型的临床疗效。方法：将61例IBS-D（湿热蕴肠型） 患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组31例和对照组30例。治疗组给予火凤清肠方治疗，对照组给予马来酸曲美布汀分散片治疗，2组疗程均为2周。观察2组治疗前后临床症状积分的变化，对比2组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.0%，高于对照组的67.9%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组腹痛、腹胀、排便次数、大便性状积分均较治疗前降低，治疗组上述4项症状积分均比对照组降低更明显，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：火凤清肠方治疗IBS-D湿热蕴肠型疗效优于马来酸曲美布汀分散片。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Huofeng Qingchang prescription for irritable bowel syndrome with
diarrhea(IBS-D) of dampness-heat in the intestine type. Methods：A total of 61 cases of patients with IBS-D of dampness-
heat in the intestine type were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table
method， with 31 and 30 cases in each group respectively. The treatment group was treated with Huofeng Qingchang
prescription，and the control group was treated with trimebutin maleate dispersible tablets. Both groups were treated for two
weeks. The change of clinical symptom scores in the two groups before and after treatment was observed，and the clinical
effect in the two groups was compared. Results：The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group，higher than that
of 67.9% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the scores of abdominal pain，
abdominal distension，defecation frequency and the character of stool in the two groups were all decreased when compared
with those before treatment； the decrease of the scores of the above four symptoms in the treatment group was more
significant than that in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The curative effect of Huofeng
Qingchang prescription is better than that trimebutin maleate dispersible tablets in treating IBS- D of dampness- heat in
theintestine type. |
