| 目的：观察夏枯草消乳方治疗儿童性早熟的临床疗效及对患者血清性激素水平的影响。方法：将性早熟患儿47例随机分为2组，对照组23例给予知柏地黄丸治疗，观察组24例给予夏枯草消乳方治疗，疗程均为6个月，观察比较2组患儿临床疗效，治疗前后血清性激素水平［孕酮（P）、睾酮（T）、催乳素（PRL）、雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH） 和黄体生成素（LH）］ 的变化。结果：总有效率观察组为91.67%，对照组为73.91%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组血清T、P、FSH 水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），血清PRL、E2、LH 水平较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组上述各项指标改善较对照组更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：夏枯草消乳方治疗儿童性早熟效果显著，能有效调节血清性激素紊乱状况，疗效优于知柏地黄丸治疗。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiakucao Xiaoru prescription for precocious puberty in children and
its effect on levels of sex hormones in serum. Methods： A total of 47 cases of children with precocious puberty were
randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group， 23 and 24 cases in each group respectively. The control
group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pills， and the treatment group was treated with Xiakucao Xiaoru prescription. Both
groups were treated for six months. The clinical effect and the changes of levels of sex hormones in serum including
progesterone(P)， testosterone(T)， prolactin(PRL)， estradiol(E2)， follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone
(LH) before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 91.67%
in the observation group and 73.91% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， the
levels of T，P and FSH in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，
and the levels of PRL， E2 and LH in serum were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)； the
improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Xiakucao Xiaoru prescription in treating precocious puberty has significant effect and can effectively regulate the
disorders of sex hormones in serum，whose curative effect is better than that of Zhibai Dihuang pills. |
