| 目的：观察充血性心力衰竭患者应用复方丹参滴丸联合新活素的治疗效果。方法：选取86例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为2组各43例。对照组给予常规治疗，联合组给予复方丹参滴丸联合新活素治疗。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后N 端B 型钠尿肽原（NT-proBNP）、左心室射血分数（LVEF） 的变化情况。结果：治疗后，联合组总有效率为93.02%，显著高于对照组的69.77% （P＜0.05）。治疗前，2 组患者NT-proBNP 水平、LVEF 比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，2组患者NT-proBNP 水平较治疗前显著降低，且联合组较对照组降低更显著（P＜0.05）；2组患者LVEF较治疗前均显著升高，且联合组较对照组升高更显著（P＜0.05）。结论：充血性心力衰竭患者应用复方丹参滴丸联合新活素治疗能够明显改善其临床症状，降低NT-proBNP水平，提高LVEF，有助于改善患者的心功能，获得良好的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the curative effect of compound salvia dropping pills combined with recombinant
human brain natriuretic peptide for patients with congestive heart failure. Methods： A total of 86 cases of patients with
congestive heart failure were selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table
method， 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment， and the combination group was treated
with compound salvia dropping pills combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide. The clinical effect and the
changes of N terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) before and after
treatment in the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment， the total effective rate was 93.02% in the
combination group，significantly higher than that of 69.77% in the control group(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no
significant difference being found in the comparison of NT-proBNP levels and LVEF between the two groups(P＞0.05). After
treatment，NT-proBNP levels in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment，
and the decrease in the combination group was more significant(P＜0.05)； the indexes of LVEF in the two groups were
significantly increased when compared with those before treatment， and the increase in the combination group was more
significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of compound salvia dropping pills combined with recombinant human brain
natriuretic peptide in treating patients with congestive heart failure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms，reduce
the level of NT- proBNP， enhance the LVEF and help to improve the heart function of patients， which has good curative
effect. |
