| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察补中益气汤联合盆底神经肌肉康复治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床疗效。方法：选取女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者124例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各62例，对照组采用生物反馈盆底神经肌肉康复治疗仪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤治疗，比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗前，2组气虚症状评分、阴道动态压力和性生活质量评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，2组气虚症状评分较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），阴道动态压力和性生活质量评分较治疗前升高（P＜0.05）；且观察组气虚症状评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），性生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组盆底肌分级≥3级率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：补中益气汤联合盆底神经肌肉康复治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病，能明显提高盆底肌收缩力和改善性生活质量，临床效果显著，值得在临床上推广使用。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with pelvic floor nerve and muscle
rehabilitation for female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods： Selected 124 cases of female patients with pelvic floor
dysfunction，and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to random number table，62 cases
in each group. The control group received rehabilitation therapeutic apparatus of pelvic floor nerve and muscle via biological
feedback，while the observation group additionally received Buzhong Yiqi tang. Compared the clinical curative effect between
patients in both groups. Results： Before treatment， comparing the scores of qi- deficiency symptom， vaginal dynamic
pressure and scores of quality of sexual life in two groups， differences being insignificant(P＞0.05). After treatment， the
scores of qi-deficiency symptom in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and
vaginal dynamic pressure and scores of quality of sexual life were increased(P＜0.05)；the scores of qi-deficiency symptom
in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05)，scores of quality of sexual life was higher than
those in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the rate of pelvic floor muscle strength grading ≥ 3 in the observation
was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with pelvic
floor nerve and muscle rehabilitation has significant clinical effect in treating female pelvic floor dysfunction. It can significantly
improve pelvic floor muscle contraction and promote the quality of sexual life， which is worthy of clinical promotion and
application. |
