| 目的：观察补中益气汤药浴联合六味地黄丸治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法：选取 90 例痉挛型脑瘫患儿为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各 45 例。对照组给予常规西药联合 Bobath 锻炼治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤药浴联合六味地黄丸口服治疗，3 个月为 1 个疗程，2 组均治疗 2 个疗程。比较 2 组临床疗效及治疗前后粗大运动功能、肌张力及精细运动功能的变化。结果：研究组总有效率为 91.11%，高于对照组的 75.56% （P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组卧和翻身、坐、爬和跪、站立及走跑跳评分均较治疗前升高 （P＜0.05），研究组上述 5 项粗大运动功能评估表 （GMFM-88） 细则评分均较对照组升高更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组改良 Ashworth 痉挛评定量表（MAS）评分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），精细运动功能量表 （FMFM） 评分均较治疗前升高 （P＜0.05）；研究组 MAS 评分低于对照组 （P＜0.05），FMFM 评分高于对照组 （P＜ 0.05）。结论：补中益气汤药浴联合六味地黄丸口服治疗痉挛型小儿脑瘫疗效显著，可促进患儿粗大运动功能精细运动功能康复，降低其肌张力。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of medicated bath with Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with Liuwei
Dihuang pills for spastic cerebral palsy in children. Methods：A total of 90 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were
selected as the study subjects and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number
table method， 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine combined with Bobath
training， and the study group was additionally treated with medicated bath with Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang pills based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two courses，
three months being a course. The clinical effect，as well as the changes in gross motor function，muscular tension and fine
motor function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was
91.11% in the study group，higher than that of 75.56% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the scores of lying and
rolling，sitting，crawling and kneeling，standing，walking，running and jumping in the two groups were increased when
compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and the increase of the above five scores in the Gross Motor Function
Measure(GMFM-88) in the study group was more significant than that in the study group(P＜0.05). After treatment，when
compared with those before treatment，the scores of Modified Ashworth scale(MAS) in the two groups were decreased(P＜ 0.05)， and the scores of Fine Motor Function Measure(FMFM) were increased(P＜0.05). The score of MAS in the study group
was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05)，and the score of FMFM was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).
Conclusion： The therapy of medicated bath with Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with oral administration of Liuwei Dihuang pills
has significant curative effect in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy，which can promote the recovery of their
gross motor function and fine motor function，and reduce their muscular tension. |
