| 胸痹是一种以膻中或胸部发作性憋闷、疼痛为主要临床表现的疾病。《金匮要略·胸痹心痛短气病脉证治第九》提出胸痹病机为“阳微阴弦”，即胸阳虚衰，阴寒内盛，阴乘阳位，痹阻胸阳，并以“通阳宣痹”法通心阳，除痹邪。本文从“阳微阴弦”理论入手，进一步剖析通阳宣痹法及其发挥，体悟仲景之“有一证添一药”的思想。 |

| Chest impediment is a disease characterized by clinical symptoms of paroxysmal suffocation and pain around danzhong(CV17)or chest.The Chapter On Pulse Syndrome Complex and Treatment of Chest Impediment，Heart Pain and Shortness of Qi inJingui Yaolyehad proposed the theory of weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin，specifically，deficiency and debilitation of chest yang，yin-cold and internal excess，yin invasion of yang，impediment obstructing chest yang，and using yang-unblocking and impediment-diffusing method to unblock heart yang and eliminate pathogenic impediment.Starting with the theory of weak pulse at yang and wiry pulse at yin，this paper further analyzed the yang-unblocking and impediment-diffusing method and its exertion，and realized ZHANG Zhongjing's thought of"one syndrome involved and then adding one medicine". |
