| 本文通过总结中医对糖尿病肾脏病病机的认识，认为目前主要集中在本虚、标实、致病途径及其他等几个方面，其中本虚是糖尿病肾病发生的必要基础，可以从气血津液精和脏腑阴阳论之，标实是糖尿病肾病的既果又因，可以从湿、浊、痰、瘀、毒、风、伏邪论之，致病途径可以从络、从玄府论之，其他方面则有六经理论等。此总结可以为选方用药提供深入性思考及方向性指导，对提高临床疗效起到一定的相对准确、迅速的作用。 |

| Abstract： By summarizing the understanding of Chinese medicine on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy， it is
believed that it mainly focuses on the deficiency in origin， excess in superficiality， pathogenic route and other aspects at
present. Among them，deficiency in origin is the essential basis for the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy，which can be
discussed from the perspectives of qi，blood，body fluids，essence，zang-fu organs，and yin-yang. Excess in superficiality
is both the result and cause of diabetic nephropathy， which can be discussed from the aspects of dampness， turbidity，
phlegm， stasis， toxin， wind， and latent pathogens. Pathogenic route can be discussed from collaterals and from sweat
pore. Other aspects can be discussed from six- meridian theory. This paper can provide in- depth thinking and directional
guidance for prescription selection，and play a relatively accurate and rapid role in improving clinical effect. |
