| 目的：观察耳穴压豆联合艾灸干预维持性血液透析（MHD） 伴便秘的临床疗效。方法：抽选84 例MHD 伴便秘患者，按双盲法分为对照组和观察组各42 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上加用耳穴压豆联合艾灸干预。统计并比较2 组临床疗效及干预前后的便秘症状评分、简明健康状况量表（SF-36） 评分。结果：观察组总有效率为95.24%，高于对照组的73.81%（P＜0.05）。干预后，2 组排便频率、粪便性状、排便时间、腹痛、腹胀及下坠感、排便困难评分均较干预前降低（P＜0.05），观察组上述各项便秘症状评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预后，2 组一般健康状况、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、精力、生理机能、躯体疼痛、生理职能评分均较干预前升高（P＜0.05），观察组上述8 项SF-36 细则评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：耳穴压豆联合艾灸干预MHD 伴便秘患者，可以改善其便秘症状，提高生活质量。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of auricular point pressing with beans combined with moxibustion for
maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) complicated with constipation. Methods： A total of 84 cases of patients with MHD
complicated with constipation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double- blind
method，42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was additionally
given auricular point pressing with beans combined with moxibustion based on the nursing of the control group. The scores
of constipation and Short Form 36-item Health Survey(SF-36) before and after intervention and the clinical effect in the two
groups were counted and compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95.24% in the observation group，higher than that
of 73.81% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After intervention， the scores of defecation
frequency， fecal character， defecation time， abdominal pain， abdominal distension， straining sensation and difficulty of
defecation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P＜0.05)，and the above scores
in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). After intervention， the scores of general
health，mental health，role-emotional，social function，vitality，physical function，body pain and role-physical in the two
groups were increased when compared with those before intervention(P＜0.05)，and the above eight SF- 36 scores in the
observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Auricular point pressing with beans
combined with moxibustion for patients with MHD complicated with constipation can improve their constipation and quality
of life. |
