| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察中医护理干预在异位妊娠保守治疗中应用的效果。方法：将94 例保守治疗的异位妊娠患者，按患者入院先后顺序分为试验组、对照组，每组均为47 例。试验组采用中医护理措施，对照组采用一般护理措施，比较2 组病例的护理效果。结果：经过干预，试验组总有效率为95.74%，对照组为80.85%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组护理满意度为97.87%，对照组为74.47%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前，2 组焦虑自评量表（SAS） 评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS） 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。护理后，2 组心理评分较前改善，2 组心理评分情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：保守治疗的异位妊娠患者护理中，采用中医护理措施，不但能改善患者的焦虑心理和抑郁心理，而且能保证患者的临床效果，提高患者的护理满意度。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the conservative treatment of
ectopic pregnancy. Methods： A total of 94 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy received conservative treatment were
divided into the experiment group and the control group according to their order of admission，47 patients in each group. The
experiment group was given Chinese medicine nursing measures， and the control group was given general nursing
measures. The nursing effect in the two groups was compared. Results： After intervention， the total effective rate was
95.74% in the experiment group and 80.85% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing
satisfaction was 97.87% in the experiment group and 74.47% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).
Before nursing，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale
(SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P＞0.05). After nursing，the psychological scores in the
two groups were improved when compared with those before nursing， and the difference of the psychological scores
between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Based on conservative treatment of
ectopic pregnancy，the application of Chinese medicine nursing measures can not only improve their anxiety and depression，
but also can ensure the clinical effect and enhance the nursing satisfaction. |
