| 强直性脊柱炎（AS） 是一种以慢性、进行性炎症为主的自身免疫性疾病，属于中医学痹病的范畴。西医以非甾体类抗炎药、免疫抑制剂、抗风湿药物治疗，但仅能控制症状且停药易复发。中医外治法治疗AS 有操作简便、疗效显著等优势。具体方法有针刺疗法如火针、刺血，艾灸疗法如长蛇灸、雷火灸、隔物灸，及离子导入、熏蒸、穴位敷贴等。对近几年相关文献进行概述，以期为AS 的治疗提供临床参考。 |

| Abstract： Ankylosing spondylitis(AS) is mainly a chronic and progressive inflammatory autoimmune disease， which
belongs to impediment disease in Chinese medicine. In western medicine，the disease is mainly treated with non-steroidal
anti-inflammatory drugs，immunosuppressive agents and antirheumatic drugs，but it can only control the symptoms and it is
easy to recur after drug withdrawal. The external treatment of Chinese medicine in treating AS has the advantages of simple
operation and significant curative effect. The treatment methods include the acupuncture therapies such as fire needling and
pricking bloodletting， the moxibustion therapies like long- snake moxibustion， thunder- fire moxibustion and indirect
moxibustion， as well as iontophoresis， fumigation and point application. The related literature in recent years was
summarized in order to provide clinical reference for treatment of AS. |
