| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察活血消肿汤配合康复疗法对桡骨远端骨折术后患者肢体肿胀、疼痛及腕关节功能的治疗效果。方法：选取100 例行锁定加压钢板（LCP） 内固定术治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者，按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各50 例。对照组术后给予康复疗法治疗，研究组术后给予活血消肿汤配合康复疗法治疗，2 组均连续治疗1 个月。评估2 组症状体征积分，记录肿胀消失、疼痛缓解及骨折愈合时间，观察患者腕关节功能的改善情况，判定临床疗效。结果：治疗后，2 组症状体征积分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05），研究组症状体征积分较对照组降低更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，研究组肿胀消失、疼痛缓解及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05），腕关节功能评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组总有效率为96.00%，对照组总有效率为74.00%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：活血消肿汤配合康复疗法治疗桡骨远端骨折术后患者，可减轻其肢体肿胀、疼痛情况，促进骨折愈合，改善腕关节功能。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong tang combined with rehabilitation therapy on
swelling，pain and wrist function of limbs in patients after operation for distal radius fracture. Methods：A total of 100 cases of
patients with distal radius fracture，who were treated with locking compression plate(LCP) internal fixation，were selected
and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method， 50 cases in each
group. After operation，the control group was given rehabilitation therapy，and the study group was additionally treated with
Huoxue Xiaozhong tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The scores of
symptoms and signs in the two groups were evaluated； the disappearance time of swelling， pain relief time and fracture
healing time were recorded；the improvement of wrist function of patients was observed；the clinical effect was measured.
Results：After treatment，the scores of symptoms and signs in the two groups were decreased when compared with those
before treatment(P＜0.05)；the decrease of the above scores in the study group was more significant than that in the control
group(P＜0.05). After treatment， in the study group， the disappearance time of swelling， pain relief time and fracture
healing time were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05)；the scores of wrist function was lower than that in the
control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate was 96.00% in the study group and 74.00% in the control group， the
difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： Huoxue Xiaozhong tang combined with rehabilitation therapy for patients
after operation for distal radius fracture can relieve their limb swelling and pain，promote fracture healing and improve wrist
function. |
