| 目的：研究广东省揭阳地区不孕症的中医体质分型分布状态。方法：将2016 年4 月—2018 年4 月初次就诊于揭阳市中医院的不孕症患者作为不孕症组，同期本院体检科随机挑选已经完成生育的健康女性作为非不孕症组，统计2 组体质分型（不设兼夹质） 分布频数及构成比，并比较2 组间体质分型分布情况。结果：中医体质辨识频数分布中，不孕症组例数从多到少排序为：平和质、阳虚质、气郁质和湿热质（并列）、气虚质、瘀血质、阴虚质、痰湿质、特禀质。非不孕症组例数从多到少排序为：平和质、阳虚质、气虚质、湿热质、气郁质和阴虚质（并列）、瘀血质、痰湿质、特禀质。中医体质辨识构成比中，不孕症组中比例最多的体质类型是平和质，其次是阳虚质，之后分别为气郁质和湿热质（并列）、气虚质，最少的是特禀质；非不孕症组中比例最多的体质类型平和质，其次是阳虚质，之后分别为气虚质、湿热质，最少的是特禀质。结论：揭阳地区不孕症组及非不孕症组体质类型均以平和质为主，而2 组的偏颇体质构成存在一定的差异；不孕症患者以平和质、阳虚质、气郁质、湿热质、气虚质为主要体质类型，且偏颇体质以阳虚质为主。 |

| Study on the Correlation Between Infertility and Chinese Medicine Constitution Typesin Jieyang Area in Guangdong Province |

| Abstract： Objective： To study distribution state of Chinese medicine constitution types of infertility in Jieyang area in
Guangdong province. Methods：From April 2016 to April 2018，infertile patients who received treatment in Jieyang Hospital
of Chinese Medicine for the first time were selected as the infertility group. At the same period， healthy female who had
given birth were randomly selected as the non-infertility group by the Department of Physical Examination in our hospital. The
frequency and constituent ratio of distribution of constitution types(not including composite constitution) were counted in the
two groups. Distribution of constitution types was compared between the two groups. Results： As for the frequency
distribution of Chinese medicine constitution identification，according to the number of people of different constitutions，the
frequency from high to low in the infertility group was as follows：balanced constitution，yang-deficiency constitution，qidepression
constitution and dampness-heat constitution(the same ranking) ， qi-deficiency constitution ， static blood
constitution，yin-deficiency constitution，dampness-phlegm constitution，and special intrinsic constitution；the frequency
from high to low in the non- infertility groups was as follows： balanced constitution， yang- deficiency constitution， qideficiency
constitution，dampness- heat constitution，qi- depression constitution and yin- deficiency constitution(the same
ranking)，static blood constitution，dampness-phlegm constitution，and special intrinsic constitution. As for the constituent
ratio of Chinese medicine constitution identification， the proportion of balanced constitution was the highest， followed by
yang-deficiency constitution ， qi-depression constitution and dampness-heat constitution(the same ranking) ， and qi-
deficiency constitution，and special intrinsic constitution was the least in the infertility group；in the non-infertility group，the
proportion of balanced constitution was the highest，followed by yang- deficiency constitution，qi- deficiency constitution，
and dampness- heat constitution， and special intrinsic constitution was the least. Conclusion： In Jieyang area， the main
constitution type in the infertility group and the non- infertility group is balanced constitution. There is certain difference in
composition of abnormal constitution between the two groups. In the infertility group，there are five main constitution types，
namely，balanced constitution，yang-deficiency constitution，qi-depression constitution，dampness-heat constitution and
qi-deficiency constitution；the main abnormal constitution is yang-deficiency constitution. |
