| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察中医老年护理管理中实施护理质量评价的效果。方法：纳入2018 年4 月—2019 年4 月接收的老年患者（80 例）、工作人员（50 例） 作为研究对象，以随机数字表为基准，分为试验组（患者40 例、工作人员25 例，实施中医护理质量评价管理）、对照组（患者40 例、工作人员25 例，实施常规护理管理），对2 组护理效果、护理满意度、护理质量评估。结果：2 组工作人员中医护理技术、护理方案、理论知识、特殊护理比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患者护理满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的82.50%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2 组工作人员护理技巧、护理技术、操作水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中医老年护理管理中实施护理质量评价的效果显著，既可改善护理满意度，又可提高护理质量。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of nursing quality evaluation on the Chinese medicine nursing management of
the elderly patients. Methods：Eighty elderly patients admitted from April 2018 to April 2019 and 50 staffs were enrolled as
study objects，and were divided into the experiment group(40 elderly patients and 25 staffs) and the control group(40 elderly
patients and 25 staffs) according to the random number table method. The experiment group was conducted with Chinese
medicine nursing quality evaluation， and the control group was conducted with conventional nursing management. The
nursing effect， nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were evaluated in both groups. Results： The Chinese medicine
nursing techniques， nursing scheme， theoretical knowledge and special nursing of staffs between the two groups were
compared，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction was 97.50% in the experiment group，higher
than that of 82.50% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). The nursing skills，nursing techniques and
operating levels of staffs between the two groups were compared， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：
The nursing quality evaluation has significant effect in Chinese medicine nursing management， which can improve nursing
satisfaction and nursing quality. |
