| 目的：观察醒脑开窍针法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效及其对血清炎症因子、脑钠肽（NBP） 和肽素水平的影响。方法：将急性脑出血患者116 例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组58 例。对照组给予基础治疗及鼠神经生长因子注射液治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用醒脑开窍针法治疗，疗程均为2 周。观察比较2 组临床疗效，治疗前后血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、NBP、肽素水平变化，并统计2 组不良反应情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为94.83%，对照组为72.41%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组NIHSS 评分较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），ADL 评分较治疗前明显升高（P＜0.05）；且治疗组2 项指标改善明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组患者血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、NBP、肽素水平均较治疗前明显降低（P＜0.05），且治疗组各项指标水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应总发生率治疗组与对照组均为3.45%，2 组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：醒脑开窍针法联合鼠神经生长因子治疗急性脑出血临床疗效显著，可有效降低血清炎性因子水平及NBP、肽素水平，从而改善机体炎症反应，改善患者脑神经功能。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture manipulation combined with rat nerve
growth factors for acute cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on the levels of inflammatory factors， brain natriuretic peptide
(NBP) and copeptin in serum. Methods： A total of 116 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly
divided into the observation group and the control group， 58 cases in each group. The control group was given basic
treatment and injection of rat nerve growth factors，and the treatment group was additionally treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao
acupuncture manipulation based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The changes
in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)，interleukin- 6(IL-6)，interleukin- 8(IL-8)，tumor necrosis factor- α(TNF-α)，NBP
and copeptin in serum before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were observed and
compared；the adverse reactions were counted. Results：The total effective rate was 94.83% in the treatment group and
72.41% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment， NIHSS scores in the two groups
were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)， and ADL scores were significantly
increased(P＜0.05)；the improvement of the two indexes in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control
group(P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CRP，IL- 6，IL- 8，TNF- α，NBP and copeptin in serum in the two groups
were all significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels in the treatment group
were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions was 3.45% in both the treatment
group and the control group，and there was no significant difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion：The therapy of Xingnao Kaiqiao
acupuncture manipulation combined with rat nerve growth factors for acute cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical
effect， and can effectively reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors， NBP and copeptin， and thus improving the inflammatory responses of the body and the cerebral nerve function of patients. |
