| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察骨科外洗一方治疗桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法：选取152 例桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节僵硬患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各76 例。对照组给予手法联合功能锻炼治疗，观察组在此基础上加用骨科外洗一方熏洗，2 组均连续治疗7 d。治疗结束后评价2 组临床疗效，对比2 组治疗前后的腕关节患者自行评估量表（PRWE） 评分。结果：观察组总有效率为94.74%，对照组总有效率为86.84%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组PRWE 评分均较治疗前降低，观察组PRWE 评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：骨科外洗一方治疗桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节僵硬可以提高临床疗效，改善腕关节功能，减轻疼痛症状。 |

| Abstract： Objective： To observe the clinical effect of orthopaedic external washing No.1 prescription for ankylosis of
wrist after surgery for distal radius fracture. Methods：A total of 152 cases of patients with ankylosis of wrist after surgery for
distal radius fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table
method，76 cases in each group. The control group was treated with manipulation combined with functional exercise，and
the observation group were additionally given fumigation and washing with orthopaedic external washing No.1 prescription
based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for seven days. After treatment，the clinical effect in
the two groups were evaluated. Before and after treatment，the scores of Patient-Rated Wrist Evaluation(PRWE) in the two
groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 94.74% in the observation group and 86.84% in the control
group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After treatment，the PRWE scores in the two groups were decreased when
compared with those before treatment， and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，
differences being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Orthopaedic external washing No.1 prescription for ankylosis of wrist after
surgery for distal radius fracture can improve clinical effect and wrist function as well as relieve pain. |
