| 目的：观察胆胃宁颗粒联合四联疗法治疗湿热中阻型胃溃疡（GU） 的临床疗效。方法：选取74 例湿热中阻型GU患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各37 例。对照组给予四联疗法（阿莫西林、克拉霉素、枸橼酸铋钾联合奥美拉唑）治疗，观察组给予胆胃宁颗粒联合四联疗法治疗，2 组均连续治疗2 周。治疗后对比2 组中医证候疗效及胃镜疗效，检测幽门螺杆菌（Hp） 清除情况，治疗前后检测胃液表皮生长因子（EGF） 含量及胃黏膜前列腺素2（PGE2） 含量。结果：观察组中医证候疗效总有效率为97.30%，高于对照组的75.68%（P＜0.05）。观察组胃镜疗效总有效率为97.30%，高于对照组的81.08%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组Hp 清除率为86.49%，对照组Hp 清除率为62.16%，2 组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，2 组胃液EGF 及胃黏膜PGE2 含量均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），观察组胃液EGF 及胃黏膜PGE2 含量均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：胆胃宁颗粒联合四联疗法治疗湿热中阻型GU，可以提高临床疗效，促进Hp 清除，降低胃液EGF 和胃黏膜PGE2 水平。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Danweining granules combined with quadruple therapy on gastric
ulcer(GU) of dampness- heat obstructing the middle energizer type. Methods：A total of 74 GU patients of dampness- heat
obstructing the middle energizer type were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to
the random number table method. The control group was given quadruple therapy(amoxicillin， clarithromycin， bismuth
potassium citrate and omeprazole)， while the observation group was given Danweining granules combined with quadruple
therapy. Both groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment，the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine syndromes
and gastroscopy were compared between the two groups，the clearance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) was detected，and the
contents of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in gastric juice and prostagrandin 2(PGE2) in gastric mucosa were detected before
and after treatment. Results：The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndromes was 97.30% in the observation group，
higher than that of 75.68% in the control group(P＜0.05). The total effective rate of gastroscopy was 97.30% in the
observation group， higher than that of 81.08% in the control group(P＜0.05). After treatment， the Hp clearance rate was
86.49% in the observation group and 62.16% in the control group， the difference being significant(P＜0.05). After
treatment， the contents of EGF in gastric juice and PGE2 in gastric mucosa in both groups were increased when compared
with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the levels of the EGF and PGE2 in the observation group were higher than those in
the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The combination of Danweining granules and quadruple therapy in the treatment of
GU patients of dampness- heat obstructing the middle energizer type， can improve the clinical effect， promote the Hp
clearance，and decrease the level of EGF in gastric juice and PGE2 in gastric mucosa. |
