| 目的：观察消藓汤治疗阴虚内热型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法：选取105例阴虚内热型口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组55例和对照组50例，对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予中药消藓汤治疗，疗程结束后比较2组临床疗效。结果：观察组临床总有效率为89.09%，显著高于对照组70.00%（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2组视觉模拟评分（VAS）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗1、2、4周时，2组VAS评分较治疗前降低，且观察组VAS评分显著低于同期对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前，2组免疫功能指标CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，2组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平较治疗前升高，CD8+水平较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组，CD8+水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：消藓汤联合常规西药治疗阴虚内热型口腔扁平苔藓临床疗效显著，能有效缓解疼痛，提高机体免疫功能，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxian tang for oral lichen planus of yin deficiency with internal heat type.Methods：A total of 105 cases of patients with oral lichen planus of yin deficiency with internal heat type were selected as the study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method，55 and 50 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with routine western medicine，and the observation group was additionally treated with Xiaoxian tang based on the treatment of the control group.After treatment，the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Results：The total clinical effective rate was 89.09% in the observation group，significantly higher than that of 70.00% in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment for one，two and four weeks respectively，the scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment，and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in the same period，differences being significant(P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment，compared with the levels of indexes of immune function including CD4+，CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups，there was no significance in the difference(P＞ 0.05).After treatment，the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment，and the levels of CD8+were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)；the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Xiaoxian tang combined with routine western medicine has significant clinical effect in treating oral lichen planus of yin deficiency with internal heat type，and can effectively relieve pain and improve immune function，which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
