| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察痔点挑治联合乙字汤治疗湿热下注型痔病便血的疗效。方法：将单纯性以内痔和以内痔为主的Ⅰ、Ⅱ期痔病便血患者61例随机分成治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组31例采用痔点挑治联合乙字汤口服，对照组30例采用乙字汤口服。观察2组治疗后便血及痔核直径缩小评分情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.80%，对照组为90.00%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组治疗后第3、6天，痔核直径均较治疗前减少（P＜0.05）。治疗后同时点2组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：痔点挑治联合乙字汤治疗湿热下注型痔病便血，可有效改善症状，提高疗效。 |

| Objective： To observe the clinical effect of hemorrhoid point pricking therapy combined with Yizi tang for hemorrhoidal hemorrhage of dampness-heat diffusing downward type.Methods：Divided 61 cases of patients with hemorrhoidal hemorrhage at stage I and II who mainly had simple internal or external hemorrhoids into the treatment group and the control group randomly，31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group received hemorrhoid point pricking therapy combined with Yizi tang via oral administration，while the control group received the oral administration of Yizi tang.Observed the condition of hemorrhoidal hemorrhage and the reduction in diameter of hemorrhoid in both groups after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 96.80% in the treatment group and 90.00% in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).On the 3rdand 6thdays after treatment， the diameters of hemorrhoids in both groups were shorter than those before treatment(P ＜ 0.05)；comparing the diameters of hemorrhoids inbetween the two groups at the same time point， there was significant difference being found(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：Hemorrhoid point pricking therapy combined with Yizi tang for hemorrhoidal hemorrhage of dampness-heat diffusing downward type can effectively improve symptoms and enhance therapeutic effect. |
