| 目的：观察安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（CHB）肝纤维化的临床效果。方法：选取90例CHB肝纤维化患者作为研究对象，随机分为2组，2组患者均服用恩替卡韦片治疗，观察组加用安络化纤丸治疗。持续治疗12个月。比较2组的治疗效果，治疗前后测定肝功能指标［谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBil）］、肝纤维化指标［透明质酸（HA）、层黏连蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前胶原肽（PⅢP）、Ⅳ型胶原（ⅣC）］。结果：治疗12个月后，观察组总有效率93.62%，高于对照组的74.42%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组ALT、AST、TBil和HA、LN、PⅢP、ⅣC水平均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），观察组各指标值均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦片治疗能够显著改善CHB肝纤维化患者的肝功能，有助于延缓肝纤维化进展，提高治疗效果。 |

| Clinical Study on Anluo Huaxian Pills Combined with Entecavir Tablets for Liver Fibrosis in Chronic Hepatitis B |

| Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Anluo Huaxian pills combined with entecavir tablets for liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods：Selected 90 cases of patients with liver fibrosis in CHB as study subjects，and divided them into two groups randomly.Both groups received the oral administration of entecavir tablets，while the observation group additionally received Anluo Huaxian pills.The treatment of both groups lasted for 12 months.Compared the therapeutic effect in both groups，and detected the indexes of liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT)，aspartate aminotransferase(AST)，total bilirubin(TBil)]and indexes of liver fibrosis[hyaluromic acid(HA)，laminin(LN)，procollagen peptide(P P)，collagen ( C)]before and after treatment.Results：After treatment for 12 months，the total effective rate was 93.62% in the observation group，being higher than 74.42% in the control group，difference being significant(P ＜0.05).The levels of ALT，AST，TBil，HA，LN，P P and C in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P ＜0.05)；each index above in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion：The application of Anluo Huaxian pills combined with entecavir tablets can significantly improve the liver function of patients with liver fibrosis in CHB and help to prolong the progression of liver fibrosis，thus to enhance therapeutic effect. |
