| 目的:观察针刺配合康复运动疗法治疗对缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者肢体运动功能及神经功能恢复的影响。方法:将80例CIS患者按就诊先后随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。所有患者均根据病情给予常规药物治疗,治疗组采用针刺结合康复运动疗法,对照组单纯采用康复运动疗法。观察2组治疗前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评分及临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(MESSS)评分的变化,评估治疗效果。结果:治疗后,2组FMA评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01);治疗组的FMA评分比对照组升高更明显(P<0.01)。治疗组FMA评分治疗前后的差值大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组MESSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗组的MESSS评分比对照组下降更明显(P<0.01)。治疗组MESSS评分治疗前后的差值大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率92.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合康复运动疗法可有效改善CIS患者的肢体运动功能及促进神经功能的恢复,效果优于单纯使用康复运动疗法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy on extremity motor function and recovery of neurological function of patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods：Divided 80 cases of CIS patients into the treatment group and the control group according to the order of visit，40 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine medicinals，and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy，while the control group was only given rehabilitation therapy in addition.Observed change of Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score and clinical modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia stroke scale(MESSS)score in both groups before and after treatment，and evaluated the curative effect.Results：After treatment，FMA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.01).Increase of the FMA scores of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P＜0.01).And the difference of FMA scores in the treatment group before and after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group(P＜0.01).After treatment，MESSS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.01).Decline of MESSS scores of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group.And the difference of MESSS scores of the treatment group before and after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group(P＜0.01).The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group，and was 75.0%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The combination of acupuncture therapy and rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve extremity motor function，and promote recovery of neurological function in treating CIS patients，which has better efficacy than apply the rehabilitation therapy only. |
