| 目的:观察滋肾调肝活血调周法联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗肝郁肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法:纳入114例肝郁肾虚型PCOS患者,随机分为3组。中西药结合组39例给予滋肾调肝活血调周法联合盐酸二甲双胍片治疗;西药组38例单纯使用盐酸二甲双胍片;中药组37例单纯采用滋肾调肝活血调周法。3组均治疗3月。治疗结束后评估患者的治疗效果,观察治疗前后空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素水平及体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、腰身比(WSR)、中心性肥胖率的变化。结果:中药组、西药组及中西药结合组的总有效率分别为67.57%、47.37%和94.87%。中西药结合组的总有效率均高于中药组和西药组(P<0.05)。中药组的总有效率高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h胰岛素水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。中西药结合组空腹胰岛素与餐后2 h胰岛素水平均比中药组及西药组下降更明显(P<0.05),西药组空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h胰岛素水平均较中药组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组BMI、WHR、WSR及中心性肥胖率均较治疗前下降(P<0.05);中西药结合组的上述4项人体测量学指标均较西药组及中药组下降更明显(P<0.05);中药组的4项人体测量学指标与西药组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:滋肾调肝活血调周法联合盐酸二甲双胍片可有效改善肝郁肾虚型PCOS患者的临床症状,降低胰岛素水平。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue Tiaozhou therapy combined with metformin hydrochloride for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of liver depression and kidney insufficiency type.Methods：Divided 114 cases of PCOS patients into three groups randomly.The 39 cases of integrated Chinese and western medicine group were given Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue Tiaozhou therapy combined with metformin hydrochloride；the 38 cases of western medicine group were treated with metformin hydrochloride only；the 37 cases of Chinese medicine group were treated with Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue Tiaozhou therapy only.Treatment for the three groups lasted for three months.Evaluated curative effect after treatment，and observed change of fasting insulin level，2-hour postprandial insulin level，body mass index(BMI)，waist hip ratio(WHR)and waist sature ratio(WSR)，and central obesity rate in the three groups.Results：The total effective rate was 67.57%，47.37%and 94.87%in Chinese medicine group，western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group respectively.The total effective rate of integrated Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of Chinese medicine group and that of western medicine group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment，levels of fasting insulin and 2-hour postprandial insulin in the three groups were all lower than those before treatment，and the decline in integrated Chinese andwestern medicine group were more significant than those in the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P＜0.05)，while the decline in western medicine group were more significant than those in chinese medicine group(P＜0.05).After treatment，BMI，WHR and WSR and central obesity rate of the three groups were all lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the decline of the above indexes in integrated Chinese and western medicine group were more significant than those in Chinese medicine group and in western medicine group(P＜0.05)，while there had no significance when compared the above four indexes in Chinese medicine group with those in western medicine group(P＞0.05).Conclusion：Zishen Tiaogan Huoxue Tiaozhou Therapy combined with metformin hydrochloride can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce insulin levels of patients with PCOS of liver depression and kidney insufficiency type. |
