| 目的:观察补肾宣痹化湿颗粒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:随机选取本院收治的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,将其平均分为对照组、观察组各100例。对照组患者给予腰痹通胶囊治疗,观察组给予补肾宣痹化湿颗粒治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及腰痛症状改善情况。结果:治疗后,总有效率观察组97.00%,对照组90.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分及日本骨科学会(JOA)下腰痛评分均低于对照组,2组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾宣痹化湿颗粒治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效良好,能改善临床症状。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Xuanbi Huashi granules for lumbar disc herniation.Methods：Divided 200 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital into the control group and the observation group randomly，100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Yaobitong capsules，while the observation group was treated with Bushen Xuanbi Huashi granules.Compared the clinical effect and the improvement of lumbago in both groups.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 97.00%in the observation group and 90.00%in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).After treatment，Chinesemedicine syndrome score and JapaneseOrthopaedic Association(JOA)score in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion：The therapy of Bushen Xuanbi Huashi granules for lumbar disc herniation has good curative effect and can improve clinical symptoms. |
