| 目的:观察左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节的效果。方法:将190例患者随机分为2组各95例,研究组采用左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草胶囊进行治疗,对照组单独采用左甲状腺素钠片进行治疗。以3月为1疗程,2组患者均进行2疗程的治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、四碘甲状腺原氨酸（T4）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TMAb）的变化与临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,研究组总有效率96.84%,对照组总有效率88.42%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组T3、T4、TC、TG均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组各指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组TGAb、TMAb值和TSH浓度与治疗前比较均有降低（P<0.05）;TGAb、TMAb变化程度研究组优于对照组,TSH变化程度对照组优于研究组;研究组3项指标水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:左甲状腺素钠片联合夏枯草胶囊治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎伴结节的临床效果较单纯服用左甲状腺素钠片更为理想,可显著改善患者的甲状腺功能,提高免疫状态。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with spica prunellae capsule for Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)accompanied with nodules.Methods：Divided 190 cases of patients into two groups randomly，95 cases in each group.The study group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with spica prunellae capsule，while the control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets only.One course of treatment lasted for three months.Treatment for patients in both groups lasted for two courses.Observed change of triiodothyronine(T3)，thyroxine(T4)，triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC)，thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)，thyroglobulin antibodies(TGAb)，thyroid microsome antibodies(TMAb)，and curative effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate was 96.84% in the study group，and was 88.42% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05).Levels of T3，T4，TC and TG of both groups were all lower than those before treatment，every index of the study group was lower than that of the control group，differences being significant(P＜0.05).TGAb scores，TMAb scores and TSH concentration of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).Change of TGAb and TMAb of the study group was more significant than that of the control group，while change of TSH of the control group was more significant than that of the study group.Levels of the three above indexes of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Applying levothyroxine sodium tablets combined with spica prunellae capsule has betterefficacy than applying levothyroxine sodium tablets alone in treating HT accompanied with nodules，and it can improve thyroid function and immune status significantly. |
