| 目的:观察冠心舒通胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者血脂代谢及心肌功能的影响。方法:选取82例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用冠心舒通胶囊。2组均治疗60天。观察2组患者治疗前后血脂代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]和心肌功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVST)]的变化,与患者不良心血管事件发生情况。结果:治疗前,2组血脂代谢指标、心肌功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组TG、TC、LDL-C、LVEDd、IVST均较治疗前降低,LVEF均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、LVEDd、IVST均低于对照组(P<0.05),LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良心血管事件发生率9.76%,低于对照组的26.83%(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用冠心舒通胶囊可改善患者的血脂代谢、增强心肌功能,并可减少不良心血管事件发生。 |

| Objective：To observe the effect of Guanxin Shutong capsule on blood lipid metabolism and myocardial function of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods：Selected 82 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction，and divided them into the observation group and the control group randomly，41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment，while the observation group was treated with Guanxin Shutong capsule based on treatment of the control group.Treatment for both groups lasted for sixty days.Observed change of blood lipid indexes which includes triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC)，low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)，and myocardial function indexes which includes left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)，left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)，interventricular septal thickness(IVST)and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in both groups before and after treatment.Results：Before treatment，compared indexes of blood lipid metabolism and myocardial function of the two groups，difference was not significant(P＞0.05).After treatment，TG，TC，LDL-C，LVEDd and IVST of both groups were all lower than those before treatment，and LVEF of both groups were all higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).TG，TC，LDL-C，LVEDd and IVST of the observation group were all lower than those of the control treatment，and LVEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was 9.76%in the observation group，being lower than the 26.83% of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion：Based on routine treatment，applying Guanxin Shutong capsule can improve blood lipid metabolism and myocardial function，and reduce incidence of adverse cardiovascular events. |
