| 摘要: |
| 蛛网膜下腔出血是一种高致残率、高死亡率的急危重症。从中医药对蛛网膜下腔出血病因病机、辨证分型、方药论治认识以及基础研究进展等方面进行综述，中医药治疗蛛网膜下腔出血有多层次、多系统、多靶点等特点，体现出一定的治疗优势。但是在统一辨证分型与疗效判断标准，实施大样本的循证医学研究等方面仍需进一步探索，以期更好的指导中医药理论与临床研究。 |

| Abstract：Subarachnoid hemorrhage is an acute and severe disease with a high disability rate and a mortality rate. The
etiology， pathogenesis， syndrome differentiation， prescriptions， and the basic research progress of subarachnoid
hemorrhage from the perspective of Chinese medicine were summarized. The treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage with
Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-level，multi-system，and multi-target，which reflects certain treatment
advantages. However， there should be a further exploration of unifying criteria for syndrome differentiation and judging
curative effect，implementing evidence-based medicine research based on a larger sample，etc，so as to better guide the
theory and clinical research of Chinese medicine. |
