| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察中西医结合治疗配合优质护理措施干预病毒性心肌炎的效果。方法：将本院收治的72 例病毒性心肌炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组37 例与对照组35 例，对照组给予常规西药治疗和护理措施干预，观察组给予中西医结合治疗和优质护理措施进行干预。2 组均以1 周为1 个疗程，连续治疗2 个疗程。治疗前后评定2 组患者的中医证候评分，检测心肌酶谱指标包括磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）、谷草转氨酶（AST） 及乳酸脱氢酶（LDH），记录症状缓解时间，疗程结束后评价2 组的临床疗效及患者对医护工作的满意度。结果：治疗后，2 组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），观察组中医证候积分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。2 组心肌酶谱指标CK、AST、LDH 水平均较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），观察组3 项指标值均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），症状缓解时间早于对照组（P＜0.05），医护满意率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对病毒性心肌炎患者采取中西医结合治疗并配合优质护理措施进行干预，可有效缓解患者的临床症状，抑制心肌细胞损伤，在提高临床疗效的同时，也提高了患者对医护工作的满意度。 |

| Abstract：Objective：To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with highquality
nursing measures for viral myocarditis. Methods：A total of 72 cases of patients with viral myocarditis in our hospital
were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method， 37 and 35
cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine western medicine therapy combined with nursing
measures， and the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with highquality
nursing measures. Both groups were treated for two courses，one week being a course. Before and after treatment，
Chinese medicine syndrome scores and indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum including creatine kinase(CK)， aspartate
aminotransferase(AST) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the two groups were evaluated and detected. The remission time
of symptoms was recorded.After treatment，the clinical effect and satisfaction of patients on medical service were evaluated.
Results：After treatment，Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those
before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).
The levels of the indexes of myocardial enzyme spectrum including CK， AST and LDH in the two groups were decreased
when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above three indexes in the observation group were all lower
than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the
control group(P＜0.05). The remission time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group
(P＜0.05)，and the satisfaction rate of medical service in the observation group was higher(P＜0.05). Conclusion：The therapy
of integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy combined with high- quality nursing measures for patients with viral
myocarditis can effectively relieve their clinical symptoms， inhibit the myocardial cell injury and improve the clinical effect. Meanwhile，it can improve the satisfaction of patients on medical service. |
