目的:观察复方苦参注射液对乳腺癌患者免疫功能、造血功能及肿瘤标志物的调节作用。方法:选取乳腺癌患者231 例,按随机数字表法分为观察组121 例和对照组110 例。对照组给予常规化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方苦参注射液治疗。比较2 组升高白细胞效果、免疫功能变化、造血功能变化、肿瘤标志物含量及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.04%,高于对照组75.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高(P<0.05),NK 较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前升高(P<0.05),CD8+较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK 高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组白细胞较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2 组癌胚抗原(CEA)、癌抗原153 (CA153) 含量较治疗前降低,且观察组CEA、CA153 含量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、脱发、粒细胞减少、血小板减少、肝肾功能损伤发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液辅助化疗能显著升高白细胞,改善骨髓造血功能,有效降低化疗药物的毒副作用,缓解患者临床症状,提高机体免疫力,提高患者对化疗的耐受性,进而提高化疗效果。 |

Abstract: Objective: To observe the regulatory effect of compound Kushen injection on immune function,
hematopoietic function and tumor markers in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 231 cases of patients with
breast cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,
121 and 110 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine chemotherapy,and the observation group
was additionally treated with compound Kushen injection based on the treatment of the control group. The effect of enhancing
white blood cell,the changes in immune function and hematopoietic function as well as the content of tumor markers and the
incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 95.04% in the
observation group, higher than that of 75.45% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After
treatment,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the control group were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),
NK was decreased(P<0.05);the CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were increased when compared with
those before treatment(P<0.05), CD8 + was decreased(P<0.05). After treatment, CD4 + , CD4 +/CD8 + and NK in the
observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of white blood cell,
hemoglobin and platelets in the control group were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the
level of white blood cell in the observation group was decreased(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of white blood cell,
hemoglobin and platelets in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the
contents of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and cancer antigen 153(CA153) in the two groups were decreased when
compared with those before treatment,and the contents of CEA and CA153 in the observation group were lower than those
in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05). The incidences of nausea and vomiting,alopecia,neutropenia,
thrombocytopenia and function injury of the liver and kidney in the observation group were all lower than those in the control
group, differences being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compound Kushen injection assisting chemotherapy can
significantly enhance white blood cell, improve hemopoietic function of bone marrow, body immunity and chemotherapy
tolerance, effectively reduce side effect of chemotherapeutic drugs and relieve clinical symptoms, so as to improve
chemotherapeutic effect. |
