Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Sanpian tang combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules for migraine. Methods：A total of 80 cases of patients with migraine were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules， and the observation group was additionally treated with Sanpian tang based on the treatment of the control group. Before treatment and in the 1st month after treatment， the scores of Numeric Rate Score (NRS) and Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups， and evaluate the clinical effect. Results：Before treatment，compared the NRS and Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups，there was no significance in the difference(P＞0.05). In the 1st month after treatment，the NRS and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05)，and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05). The total clinical effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group，higher than that of 70.00% in the control group，the difference being significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion： The therapy of Sanpian tang combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules has significant clinical effect on treating migraine. It can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of migraine.
