    摘要:

    目的:探讨分析复方景川片多药效成分质量控制的有效方法。方法:采用基于UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS技术的方法对复方景川片进行梯度洗脱,采用正负离子多反应监测模式对药物成分的特定离子进行监测,测定复方景川片中的药物成分含量。结果:UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS 技术用于复方景川片中的药物成分进行分析在15 min内即可得出结果,药物中的峰面积与质量浓度有良好的线性关系。结论:采用UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS 技术可快速的对景川片中的药物成分进行分析,对质量的控制有一定的帮助。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: To explore and analyze the effective method of quality control of the effect of multi- medicinal components of compound Jingchuan tablets. Methods: The UHPLC- ESI- QQQ- MS/MS technology was used to perform gradient elution on compound Jingchuan tablets,and the positive and negative ion multi-reaction monitoring mode was used to monitor specific ions of medicinal components,and the content of medicinal components in compound Jingchuan tablets was determined. Results:Fifteen minutes after adopting the UHPLC-ESI-QQQ-MS/MS technology to analyze the medicinal components in compound Jingchuan tablets,it was found that there was a linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration. Conclusion: The application of UHPLC- ESI- QQQ- MS/MS technology can quickly analyze the medicinal components in Jingchuan tablets,which is helpful for quality control.
